The promise

Streamsynq exists to do one thing: respond to a brand-new real estate lead with a real voice conversation, qualify them, and hand the warm ones back to you in your CRM. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers: if you cancel within 30 days of your first paid invoice and have not produced any AI calls, we refund the most recent monthly charge. No questions, no clawbacks, no exit interview.

That’s the whole guarantee. It is the same language as our Terms of Service, so there is nothing here that the contract takes back.

The exact terms

1. Who it covers. New customers on any plan, including the founding cohort. The 30 days run from your first paid invoice.
2. The condition. Your account has not produced any AI calls. If Robyn has placed calls for you, the service has been delivered and the standard month-to-month terms apply instead.
3. What is refunded. The most recent monthly charge, to the original payment method. Twilio number and carrier fees billed by Twilio directly are outside our control.
4. What it is not.This is not a response-time guarantee. Calls go out 8am to 8pm in the lead’s time zone, after-hours leads are queued for 8am, and leads without consent on file are texted first and called after they reply YES. That is by design and is not a refund trigger.
5. Refund process. Email support@streamsynq.iofrom your account email within the 30-day window. We refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. We don’t ask for a survey and we don’t pitch you on a downgrade.

Why we offer it

Most real estate SaaS contracts are 12 months with surprise auto-renewal and a refund policy you have to dig for. We did the opposite on purpose: month-to-month, founding price locked for 24 months, a public guarantee page (this one), and a refund mechanism that doesn’t require a phone tree.

If we’re going to ask Tampa realtors to bet $499/month on a 10-person product, the burden of proof is on us. This guarantee is how we put our money where our mouth is.
