Streamsynq + Follow Up Boss.

FUB is our most-tested integration — it's the gold standard. If you already use FUB, this is a 5-minute setup. We do not migrate or alter your existing FUB data; we only push new notes.

What syncs.

5-step setup.

    Get your FUB API key

    In FUB go to Admin → API. Click "Create New Key". Name it "Streamsynq". Copy the key.

    Paste it in Streamsynq

    In Streamsynq go to Settings → CRM connection. Choose Follow Up Boss. Paste the API key. Click Test connection — it should return "Connected to [your account name]" within a second.

    Click Save

    Streamsynq encrypts the key with AES-256-GCM at rest. We never log the raw value.

    Add the Streamsynq webhook to FUB

    In FUB → Admin → Webhooks, add a new webhook for "New Lead". Point it at https://streamsynq.io/api/webhooks/fub. We'll auto-route the lead to the AI in under 60 seconds.

    Test with a real lead

    Push a test lead in FUB. Watch Streamsynq fire a voice call + SMS in parallel. Note appears in the FUB contact timeline within ~10 seconds of the call ending.
