Twilio is a hard dependency for SMS + voice. There is no "skip this" — every Streamsynq customer needs their own Twilio number for compliance. Cost: ~$1/month per number plus per-message + per-minute carrier fees.

5-step setup.

    Buy a Twilio phone number

    In your Twilio console, buy a US 10DLC-capable number. Local Tampa area code recommended for trust signals.

  2. 2

    Submit your A2P 10DLC registration

    Required by US carriers. We help you draft the campaign description and required sample messages — see /sms-policy for the boilerplate language.

  3. 3

    Paste credentials in Streamsynq

    Settings → SMS → Twilio. Paste Account SID, Auth Token, and the phone number. We test the line live before saving.

  4. 4

    Configure the inbound webhook

    In Twilio: Phone Numbers → your number → Messaging webhook. Set to https://streamsynq.io/api/webhooks/twilio/sms. We auto-handle replies.
